Rumah Bakti Nur Syaheera was inspired by the Committee to create a more perfect home to accommodate orphans and the poor. Since there are many orphans and poor children in this area, a committee was formed to make this wish come true.

After reaching a consensus, on 7th May 2009, the Committee agreed to name this organization as Nur Syaheera Welfare Organization Kuala Lumpur and to name this home for orphans and poor children as Rumah Bakti Nur Syaheera.

This organization has received confirmation of registration from the Malaysian Registrar of Societies Department (JPPM) on 1st July 2009 with No. Registration 1379-09-WKL. After that, two houses were rented to accommodate all these children and a house for the warden and a store for storing goods. Until today, a total of 25 orphans and poor boys and girls have been placed here. This number will be added from time to time according to needs and capabilities.
